It all started when we moved to the country, got a few chickens,
and our first pair of Muck boots. Knowing where our food comes
from, how it is raised and getting the honor to feed other
people with nutrient dense meat that is good for the planet is
super fun for us. The majority of our days are spent outside
which is such a nice break from my previous office job. We love
the flexibility and the way no day ever looks the same! We do
morning chores, pasture moves, processing drops offs, farmers
markets, computer work, invoicing, blogging and a lot more. We
play farmer, entrepreneur, vet, accountant, marketing person, so
many hats, but that’s the beauty of working for yourself! Every
day is a new adventure.
