HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are sorry to hear you need to return your product(s), but we are glad to assist to ensure this goes as smoothly as possible. First, make sure that the product is still under warranty and that you can provide proof of purchase.

To return your order purchased on muckbootcompany.com, please use our online return portal for fastest return authorization. You will need your order number (found on each order confirmation and shipping notification emails) and your email address to get started.

We provide free return shipping on all orders placed during GMA shopping events. We just need to provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) to ensure your return and credit is properly refunded in our system. To start your RA request, please contact our customer service team using the following methods:

Please allow 48 hours to process your request. It could take up to 15 business days (or more during our busy season) from the time your return is received by our Distribution Center, until the time the credit/replacement order is issued. If you feel the 15 days has been exceeded, please contact our customer service department.

Note: Products sent to the Returns Department without a Return Authorization Number (RA) will be refused. To receive a full refund, products must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will not include any costs associated with shipping. If you would like to return a product that is used or outside our 30-day window, please review our product warranty.

Please note, we only accept returns on purchases made on muckbootcompany.com and select online shopping events.

For returns on purchase made at an authorized retailer, or dealer, please contact the location where originally purchased. A dated receipt is required for all returns.

Without a return authorization number, we are unable to accept return packages. Any authorized dealer can provide a return authorization number which allows us to track the product shipment and problem with that shoe or boot.
